The text in the red one has a nicer effect while I'll have to agree with The Rave; the gold one is cleared to read.
However, I think that the red text fits in more with the background and other additional items, as well as red being a more "violent" colour, therefore suiting the PPV name.
So I'll have to say red.

ok, other wise I go with the gold. You can see the separation of the letters better than the red.
